Furniture, in good condition, may be picked up at your convenience. Special circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis and must be discussed prior to pick up date. We do not rearrange furniture to get to the items you are donating. This helps us avoid damaging your furniture and home. Due to liability we do not go upstairs or basements/attics, unless there is elevator access. Three to four steps is acceptable if the items are not too heavy.
